Why it matters
When the network stops, everything stops: the tills, the email, the cameras, the phones. Most of the outages we are called to have a simple cause, one internet line and no second one, or a switch nobody can find the password for.
We build networks for the day something fails. Two internet lines, so an outage at the provider does not stop the office. Separate VLANs, so a guest’s laptop cannot reach the server. A firewall with a written policy, so the next change is a decision and not a guess.
How we work
We start with what is there and draw it. Then we propose what should change, with the cost and the risk it removes. We install on site, we test the failover by pulling the cable, and we hand over a diagram and the credentials in writing.
The network goes under monitoring the day it is commissioned. If a line drops, we know before you call.
